Past-deal comparison

Lead with a completed Buy Box and a clear comparison.

What this is for

Show the scenario alternative before asking the reader to inspect all the underlying assets. The result should make the comparison and its assumptions easy to understand.

Open the result

Find the relevant buyer and open the prepared past-deal Buy Box. Its terms and modeled comparison appear before an asset-selection step.

Read the example

Illustrative example. The $4 billion portfolio, fund name, terms, and results on this page are examples. Actual portfolios and results vary.

Example Credit Fund uses an assumed 10.00% benchmark. The example package models 12.41%, a difference of +2.41 percentage points. The date and benchmark are comparison assumptions, not a claim about a real fund’s completed deal.

Inspect the basis

Read the selected amount, price, tenor, and before-losses basis. Any illustrative confidence indicator remains distinct from a calibrated probability. The example portfolio explains the arithmetic.

Keep the result

Use the report action to save and open the completed comparison. The report retains exact application inputs. A later view or scenario does not rewrite it.
