Aladdin / eFront

Keep the receivable, the selected pool, and the evidence behind a decision together throughout asset and portfolio review.

Asset review

eFront — asset review. Use the MINT Asset Passport to inspect a receivable and its supporting evidence. Keep its source identity and current state with the asset or private-debt investment record so the team can return to the exact supporting material.

The record carries:

  • Identity and amount: the receivable identifier, the parties, and the amount under review.
  • Evidence: the source record and references supporting each field.
  • Current state: the state being reviewed and its source date.

Open the supporting source when a field needs explanation. Keep that reference with the investment review rather than reconstructing the evidence from a summary.

Portfolio monitoring

Aladdin / eFront — portfolio monitoring. Use the MINT Collateral Integrity Report to assess the selected pool. The report carries the pool scope, concentrations, reserves, conditions, and source date so the team can compare the same package across reviews.

Start with the exact selected assets. Review the concentration and reserve figures, then inspect the conditions that affect the pool. Keep the saved-result reference with the report so a later discussion returns to the same selection.

Exception review

Aladdin — compliance and risk review. Use the MINT Exception Report to identify checks that need attention. Each exception carries the affected record identifiers, the reason, and the supporting source so the team can investigate the issue and retain its review outcome.

Open the affected record, inspect the evidence behind the check, and record the review outcome alongside the exception. Keep unresolved items visible in the review rather than losing them in a portfolio total.

Ongoing monitoring

Aladdin — ongoing monitoring. Use the MINT System update to compare the current state with a specified prior state. Keep the affected assets or program conditions, the change, and both source references together so the team can identify what needs a fresh review.

Choose the prior state explicitly. Review the old and new values, follow their source references, and carry the resulting decision into the next portfolio review.
