Review the term sheet

Keep these items together:

• Saved package: the selected asset identifiers and the package scope.
• Economics: the amounts, pricing, and yield basis used in the discussion.
• Terms and conditions: the purchase terms being considered and the conditions attached to the package.
• Result reference: the exact saved comparison and version supporting the discussion.

Move the discussion forward

Open the saved package, compare the discussion terms, and follow the source references for any item that needs explanation. Retain the MINT result reference with the deal or program record so the next review starts from the same package.

Keep revised discussion terms distinct from the original buyer terms. A change in terms should remain traceable to the package and result version used in the review.
