Keep the package explicit

The term sheet carries:

• Package scope: the selected assets and the amount under discussion.
• Economics: the pricing, amounts, and yield basis used for that package.
• Discussion terms: the proposed purchase terms and the conditions being reviewed.
• Saved-result reference: the comparison identifier and version behind the term sheet.

Review the decision

Compare the terms with the package, inspect any condition that needs attention, and return to the supporting saved result when a figure is questioned. Keep the original terms and subsequent revisions distinct so the next review can follow what changed.
